A chocolate sommelier for over 15 years, Victoria Kichuk brings a truly unique blend of engaging storytelling abilities with an accessible approach to food education that ushers audiences toward a new appreciation of chocolate while learning about its greater historical, geographical, scientific, or cultural context. Career highlights include traveling to origin and visiting cacao farms in Colombia, Peru, and Hawaiipresenting at festivals like the New England Chocolate Festival, the WGBH Wine & Food Fest, the DC Chocolate Festival, and the Northwest Chocolate Festival. You’ve likely also heard her talk about chocolate during multiple appearances on Boston Public Radio with Jim & Margery.
