What is the return policy?

Refunds are given in the form of the original payment for items returned accompanied by the original sales receipt within thirty days of purchase. Store credit is issued for items returned with a gift receipt attached within thirty days of purchase. All returned items must be in original packaging for resale. Refunds and store credits are given only when the original receipt or a gift receipt is presented. If an item is received in a damaged condition please return it to the store with your receipt within thirty days for full credit.

 

How can I place an order from outside the USA?

Unfortunately, our online credit card processor doesn't play nicely with cards from outside of the US. Sorry about that! But feel free to give us a call at 781-646-6835, and we can help you place your order over the phone.
