Learn how to transform a foam ball into a beautiful, fabric wrapped ornament. You might be amazed that we'll hide about 200 silver pins in each of them - all without sewing! They make unique, personalized gifts and can be used for decor year-round. All materials are included to complete one ornament, as well as step-by-step instruction for reference in the future. We will have kits available to purchase after class if you would like to make more at home.

About the instructor:

The class will be taught by Maxima's very own bookseller, Candice Cruz Dintino, who is always busy working on some sort of crafting project whether it is knitting, card making, or creating ornaments. She is known as ShortcakeScraps on social media where you can see some of her foodie adventures and samples of her work online.

If you missed the opportunity to enroll in one of her classes through the Hive and the Arlington Community Education program during the holiday season (all sold out!), now's your chance to learn this fun craft. Students will get to choose from a variety of fabric options that fit our hearts and flowers theme.

Maximum Capacity: Limited to 10 students (16 years of age or older; 13 to 15 years old allowed if accompanied by a parent)
