About the instructor:

The class will be taught by Corey Davison, who has years of experience in every aspect of the wine world. Before becoming an assistant wine buyer at Dave's Fresh Pasta in Davis Square, he worked at a beloved Pennsylvania vineyard and a pioneering urban winery in Philadelphia. Corey spent two years learning the ins and outs of wine importing, distribution, and sales with the boutique natural wine importer Mise Wines. Nowadays, you might find him pairing and presenting wines for the hit pop-up restaurant Bon Ami and teaching classes in the area.
