Thank you for supporting the expansion of Maxima Hive! These special gift cards are a unique way to help us grow while securing future experiences and purchases for yourself or loved ones.

When can I start using my Special Fundraiser Gift Card?
Gift cards purchased through this fundraiser will become active starting January 2027.

Why can’t I use it before 2027?
This fundraiser is designed to support the expansion of our new community space. By delaying activation, we can raise the funds now to cover construction costs while ensuring your card will be ready for you in the future.

Will the value of my gift card change over time?
No. The value of your gift card is secure and will be honored in full once it becomes active in 2027.

Can I buy multiple gift cards?
Absolutely! You may purchase as many as you’d like, and they make wonderful future gifts.

Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed at Maxima Gift Center, Maxima Book Center, and the new Maxima Hive once it opens—both in-store and online.

Can the gift cards be refunded?
Because this is a fundraiser, all sales are final.

How will I receive my gift card?
Gift cards will be issued in the same format as our standard cards. You may choose either a physical card or an online code, both clearly labeled that activation begins in 2027.

What if my card is lost or misplaced?
No worries! We can reissue your gift card if it is lost—just contact us with proof of purchase, and we’ll take care of it.

Do the fundraiser gift cards expire?
Never. These special gift cards do not expire, so you can use them at your own pace once they become active.

Why are you doing this fundraiser?
The expansion opportunity came unexpectedly, and while we are thrilled to create Maxima Hive for our community, we need support to cover project costs. Advance gift card purchases allow us to move forward without putting our 28 years of hard work at risk.
