CloseMindful Mondays: 4-Week Workshop
This class, for children ages 5-7ish with a caregiver, is designed to strengthen self-awareness, focus, and connection through shared practice.
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention on purpose, noticing what is happening in the present moment. Some benefits of mindfulness practice include improved stress relief, emotional well-being and focus.
Over the course of 4 weeks, we will explore mindfulness through play, stories, crafts and reflection using simple techniques.
Participants will develop a 'tool box' of resources to help them integrate mindfulness within daily activities and support their continued practice long after the class ends.
No prior mindfulness experience needed—just come as you are. This workshop is active, gentle, and joyful, supporting emotional awareness, focus, and connection.
