We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to simplify your summer reading list book purchase with an order form! Simply fill out your information and check off all the titles that you would like to order.

Payment:

You will be contacted by phone for payment. No exchanges or returns on books ordered via the form.

Delivery & Pick-up:

All orders placed by 6/17/2022 will be delivered to the Lexington elementary school of your choice in the last week of the current school year.

Orders placed after the 6/17/2022 deadline will be made available for pick-up at Maxima Book Center, 1717 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA.
