Pelvic Health, Hormones & Supplements: An Expert Q&A for Women 40+

Sneeze peeing? Low libido? Vaginal dryness? Hormone questions? Wondering which supplements are actually worth your money?

You're not alone, and you don't have to figure it all out alone.

Join us for an open, judgment-free expert Q&A designed specifically for women 40+ who want clear, practical answers about the changes happening in midlife.

Many women experience symptoms like bladder leaks, shifts in libido, vaginal dryness, sleep changes, weight changes, and hormone fluctuations—but often don't know what's normal, what's treatable, or how to even begin the conversation.

This evening creates a supportive space to bring those questions into the open, without overwhelm, jargon, or shame.

Together, we'll explore:

  • How perimenopause and menopause affect pelvic health, bladder function, intimacy, and overall wellbeing
  • Which symptoms are common—and which deserve closer attention
  • What hormone therapy can and cannot do
  • How to navigate the often confusing world of supplements
  • Practical, evidence-informed steps to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in midlife

Most importantly, this is a live, expert-led Q&A where attendees are encouraged to ask their own questions in a warm, supportive environment.
